Obermeyer Helika, a design and construction consultancy firm, has completed its work as general designer for the redevelopment of part of the former Světovar brewery in Pilsen. The TechTower Technology Park, which was built there, is open from 1 February 2023 to those interested in innovative entrepreneurship and offers unique spaces for technology enthusiasts, start-ups and experienced entrepreneurs.

HelloParks, a subsidiary of Futureal Group announced a fourth major industrial development in the Budapest logistics market. This time the firm will start construction on the southern outskirts of the Hungarian capital. The new 60,000 sqm industrial property in Alsónémedi is the biggest industrial project in the firm's history and is scheduled to open in Q2 2024.

MLP Group is set to begin the construction of a new logistics centre in the southwestern part of Poland. The target space of the facilities to be delivered at the MLP Zgorzelec park, located right by the borders with Germany and the Czech Republic, will total approximately 50 thousand sqm.

CTP has welcomed several prominent tenants to one of its parks in Ostrava in a short period of time. Companies such as UPS Healthcare, Savera Components CZ, Europapier, and Gebrüder Weiss have moved their activities to CTPark Ostrava Poruba, into which CTP has so far invested approximately €40.4 million (CZK 950 million).

Industrial developer CTP's net rental income amounted to €452.1 million in 2022, which was an increase of 38.3% year-on-year, while like-for-like rental growth was 4.5% last year, mainly driven by reversion on expiring leases and renegotiations, and supported by the 2021 indexation of 1.7%. The company's annual profit decreased by 22.4% from €1,025.9 million in 2021 to €796.5 million in 2022.

Panattoni is extending the Panattoni Park Wrocław Logistics South Hub. The first stage comprising 120,000 sqm of speculative space has been fully commercialised during its construction. The developer is now to build a further 90,000 sqm on the same basis to be delivered in Q3 this year. 

Construction works have already started at MDC² Gliwice Park. The facility will consist of three buildings with a total area of over 57,000 sqm, located on a plot of 13.4 hectares. The first of the three buildings is scheduled to be commissioned at the turn of July and August 2023, and the opening of the other two at the turn of September and October 2023. The first tenants will move into the park in the third quarter of this year.

Industrial developer P3 Logistic Parks has secured leasing contracts for over 98,500 sqm of logistics and office space in Romania during 2022 over higher demand from the retail, logistics and transport sectors.

This second development for Danish-headquartered DSV doubles its total footprint at CTPark Sofia Airport to approximately 30,000 sqm.
