Industrial developer CTP has achieved the first BREEAM Outstanding certification for BUW 20-21, with an area of over 100,000 sqm, part of CTPark Bucharest West. 

MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski Park witnessed an official cornerstone-laying ceremony. The new logistics centre by MLP Group will encompass 56.7 thousand sqm of warehouse space, of which 9.2 thousand sqm will be taken up by the initial occupant Sunrise Medical. The project, due for completion in February 2024, is expected to achieve the BREEAM New Construction certification of ‘Excellent’.

Hungarian-owned real estate developer Faedra Group has opened its business and industrial park in the Southern part of the capital. The Faedra22 Park, an urban “last-mile” logistics and office facility is fully leased.

Industrial developer Panattoni is buying a huge brownfield on the site of the former Barbora Mine from the current owner Asental. The company intends to build a modern industrial park of hundreds of thousands of square metres on the site of the former coal mining site. The price of the transaction has not been disclosed, Seznamzprávy.cz reports.

Hillwood Polska and LCube have signed an agreement to develop a logistics facility on the eastern outskirts of Wrocław. Spanning over 60,000 sqm, the Hillwood & LCube Wrocław East industrial and warehouse complex will offer Class A warehouse space and meet 'Excellent' BREEAM certification standards. LCube will serve as the Development Manager, working closely with Hillwood through the construction and commercial phases.

UDI Group is finishing the first hall of its new Logistics Centre Přehýšov near the D5 motorway close to Plzeň. A total of three halls with a total area of 130,000 sqm will be built here. The developer plans to invest a total of CZK 3.2 billion (€130.5 million) here. 

A logistics complex is to be built in Bratislava's Petržalka district, which will create jobs for approximately 623 employees. This follows from the plan called Garbe Park Bratislava City, which the investor - the company SK5 Logimac - has submitted for environmental impact assessment (EIA). The estimated investment costs are approximately €30 million, writes the news portal of the Press Agency of the Slovak Republic TERAZ.SK. 

Real Management S.A. has signed a lease agreement with Dr Irena Eris for warehouse and office space in its own development, an industrial park Good Point V in Łubna, near Warsaw. The warehouse space of 8,500 sqm and office space of 500 sqm is scheduled to be handed over to the tenant in Q3 2024.

A record 2.6 million sqm of warehouse and industrial space was delivered across Poland in the first half of 2023 amid clear signs of new-build construction slowing down. The Polish industrial and warehouse stock has doubled in size in the last five years, with Poland being one of the fastest-growing logistics markets in Europe, reveals Savills. 

Panattoni Hungary has managed to sign two contracts to build 30,000 sqm of industrial space for a leading German automotive supplier. The new facilities will be opened in Kecskemét and Debrecen where Daimler and BMW already operate. The name of the supplier was not announced.
