Panattoni has completed a three-building complex in Radzymin for Poczta Polska. The development is to play a key role in the implementation of one of the operator’s strategic initiatives, its Logistics Network Architecture (LNA) project. Within the 50,000 sqm logistics centre is to operate a sorter capable of handling over 15,000 packages an hour.

pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has provided a €113 million investment loan facility to CTP, which will be drawn down in phases. CTP will utilise the proceeds for the refinancing of a logistics portfolio in the Czech Republic. pbb acted as arranger and sole lender under the facility.

CEE's modern industrial and warehouse space exceeded 59 million sqm in H1 2023. In twelve months, over 7,6 million sqm was completed, expanding the market by 16%, and currently, an additional 5 million sqm is under construction. With a 19% share of the total size, the Czech Republic is the second largest market in the region, the first is Poland with 52%. Real Management S.A. has signed a lease with OEX Fulfilio Sp. z o.o., a company specializing in providing e-commerce solutions, loyalty programs and POS materials. OEX Fulfilio has leased warehouse and office space in the production and industrial park Good Point V. The handover date for the space of 14,550 sqm is scheduled for Q1 2025.

New warehouses could be built in the Košice region. Besico Real Estate is planning to build new warehouses in the industrial park Kechnec. The new complex should have an area of almost 100 thousand square meters. The company has not disclosed the amount of the investment, writes Trend.sk.

Polish warehouse developer 7R is implementing a decarbonization plan. This plan aims to reduce the company's carbon footprint by 42% by 2030 and systematically decarbonize individual warehouse projects. At the same time, 7R is joining SBTi and publishing another ESG report.

M Core is continuing its strategy of developing SBU (Small Business Unit) warehouses under its Multipark brand. The company has recently signed two projects in Poland, in Zabrze and Bydgoszcz. 

Savills Investment Management has signed two lease agreements at Park Szczecin Trzebusz totalling almost 30,000 sqm. The new tenant of the warehouse centre in Szczecin is Autodoc Logistics. Furthermore, one of the current tenants, Hegen Europe, has decided to expand its space as part of the logistics park within the Savills IM portfolio in Poland.

Panattoni has completed another production plant in the Kraków region. Technoform, the leading producer of double-glazing components, is to use 9,400 sqm of BTS space. The centre is to serve markets in both Poland and the EU. The development was financed with an €8 million loan from Credit Agricole.

A new city area CTZone is under construction in Ostrava, which will be the centre of business opportunities and residential housing. Behind the ambitious project is CTP, which is simultaneously developing several other activities in the Ostrava region.
