Accolade Group continues to expand its activities in the Karlovy Vary region and is directing another investment of billions of crowns to the region. In cooperation with developer Panattoni, it is currently continuing to prepare a brand-new industrial complex in Okrouhla (Cheb East) with an estimated value of CZK 2 billion (€81 million) and a planned area of 80,000 sqm, of which 60,000 will be taken over by the first tenant, the American tyre manufacturer Goodyear, at the beginning of next year. In addition to this project, Accolade owns two other parks in Cheb, with the area of all three projects expected to reach almost 600,000 sqm in the future. 

Shape Corp. started production in a new 36,400 sqm hall in Pilsen. The industrial complex, built by Panattoni, was created on the brownfield site of the coal mines. Shape Corp. moved here from the Borská pole site to expand its production capacity. Up to 700 employees will work in the new facility. 

GLP announced that Mastermedia, a leader in Polish food exports, has expanded its lease at GLP Poznań Airport Logistics Centre by an additional 11,840 sqm. As a result, Mastermedia has become the largest tenant at the logistics park, where it will now occupy a total of 28,775 sqm.

Hungarian developer Defactoring Zrt. has announced the start of the construction of the next phase of the logistics project in Biatorbágy in the suburbs of Budapest. The handover is scheduled for next summer.

Industrial manufacturer giant JABIL expands its warehouse and production capacity in Hungary. The firm will get an extended production site at the regional city of Tiszaújváros in the Eastern part of the country. The large facility is being developed by the Hungarian company Infogroup.

Accolade is expanding its portfolio with a new facility in Upper Silesia. The warehouse park in Ruda Śląska will have a total area of 67,000 sqm, nearly half of which is already leased to a single tenant. The investment is valued at €55 million.

Panattoni has developed a BTS centre for the Tenneco Group in Gliwice. The European Engineering Centre is to serve the company as a research and development centre for new technologies and Monroe products including conventional drive control systems (Monroe OE Solutions) and advanced suspension systems (Monroe Intelligent Suspension). Around 240 engineers are to work in the new 10,000 sqm centre to support both the leading automotive manufacturers and the other manufacturing centres of the Group.

CTP is hosting its 2023 Capital Markets Day in Brno, Czech Republic, followed by asset tours visiting CTParks in the Czech Republic, Poland, Austria, Slovakia, and Hungary. The company also announced FY-2024 guidance and reaffirmed that it's on track to reach 20 million sqm of GLA before the end of the decade

Partners Group and Peakside Capital Advisors have completed the purchase of 5 ha plot on Kinetyczna Street in Okęcie, Warsaw. This exceptional last-mile location, situated in close proximity to the Chopin Airport and at the intersection between Warsaw’s Southern Ring Road and the S79 exit road, has been earmarked for a sustainable warehouse development dedicated to urban logistics. The transaction was made by the existing joint venture between both parties.

CTP has secured €200 million in financing from the European Investment Bank (EIB) for the roll-out of its large-scale programme of solar panel installation across its European business park portfolio.
