CTP has leased approximately 110,000 sqm at the CTPark Warsaw West complex to Raben Group, one of the largest logistics companies in the world. This 10-year lease is the largest transaction in the warehouse and logistics market in Poland this year, for which the Raben Group was advised by Savills, and was also a record-breaking agreement for 2023 across CTP’s entire portfolio.

A brand-new company, Equs, entered the Czech industrial real estate development market. It was founded by Tomáš Míček, who has many years of experience in top management of industrial developers, and the Ungelt Group, an investor and real estate developer that has been operating on the Czech market for more than 30 years. 

P3 Logistic Parks (P3) has concluded lease transactions for over 107,000 sqm in the first half of 2023, with most of the demand coming from existing clients.

DL Invest Group signed a contract for the lease of over 120,000 sqm warehouse space with one of the world's most recognized fashion companies. The construction of warehouse halls for a new tenant is underway as part of the DL Invest Park Psary project located in Silesia in a strategic location close to the A1 and A4 motorways and the S1 expressway.

Panattoni has begun construction of a 9,500 sqm facility tailored for Air Spiralo, a ventilation systems manufacturer. The manufacturing and warehouse facility will be located in Szamotuły, near the company's main headquarters in Poland. The project is valued at nearly €8.4 million.

Fortress Real Estate Investments Limited has laid the cornerstone for its latest investment in Central and Eastern Europe – Fortress Logistics Park Zabrze in Poland. The ceremony included representatives of the local city council, project partners and the general contractor – Goldbeck CEE North. This class A facility with a total GLA of 77,500 sqm is scheduled for completion in Q2 2024.

Raben Logistics Romania has leased 1,300 sqm of new warehouse space in CTPark Oradea Cargo Terminal, while the company’s lease volume with CTP across Romania has reached 15,000 sqm. 

Industrial developer CTP has leased around 20,000 sqm at CTPark Belgrade City to Mercata VT, the biggest tobacco and FMCG distributor in Serbia. The company will use the warehouse space as its new distribution centre for the next decade. 

Industrial developer CTP has achieved the first BREEAM Outstanding certification for BUW 20-21, with an area of over 100,000 sqm, part of CTPark Bucharest West. 

MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski Park witnessed an official cornerstone-laying ceremony. The new logistics centre by MLP Group will encompass 56.7 thousand sqm of warehouse space, of which 9.2 thousand sqm will be taken up by the initial occupant Sunrise Medical. The project, due for completion in February 2024, is expected to achieve the BREEAM New Construction certification of ‘Excellent’.
