Panattoni has begun construction of a 9,500 sqm facility tailored for Air Spiralo, a ventilation systems manufacturer. The manufacturing and warehouse facility will be located in Szamotuły, near the company's main headquarters in Poland. The project is valued at nearly €8.4 million.

Fortress Real Estate Investments Limited has laid the cornerstone for its latest investment in Central and Eastern Europe – Fortress Logistics Park Zabrze in Poland. The ceremony included representatives of the local city council, project partners and the general contractor – Goldbeck CEE North. This class A facility with a total GLA of 77,500 sqm is scheduled for completion in Q2 2024.

Raben Logistics Romania has leased 1,300 sqm of new warehouse space in CTPark Oradea Cargo Terminal, while the company’s lease volume with CTP across Romania has reached 15,000 sqm. 

Industrial developer CTP has leased around 20,000 sqm at CTPark Belgrade City to Mercata VT, the biggest tobacco and FMCG distributor in Serbia. The company will use the warehouse space as its new distribution centre for the next decade. 

Industrial developer CTP has achieved the first BREEAM Outstanding certification for BUW 20-21, with an area of over 100,000 sqm, part of CTPark Bucharest West. 

MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski Park witnessed an official cornerstone-laying ceremony. The new logistics centre by MLP Group will encompass 56.7 thousand sqm of warehouse space, of which 9.2 thousand sqm will be taken up by the initial occupant Sunrise Medical. The project, due for completion in February 2024, is expected to achieve the BREEAM New Construction certification of ‘Excellent’.

Hungarian-owned real estate developer Faedra Group has opened its business and industrial park in the Southern part of the capital. The Faedra22 Park, an urban “last-mile” logistics and office facility is fully leased.

Industrial developer Panattoni is buying a huge brownfield on the site of the former Barbora Mine from the current owner Asental. The company intends to build a modern industrial park of hundreds of thousands of square metres on the site of the former coal mining site. The price of the transaction has not been disclosed, Seznamzprávy.cz reports.

Hillwood Polska and LCube have signed an agreement to develop a logistics facility on the eastern outskirts of Wrocław. Spanning over 60,000 sqm, the Hillwood & LCube Wrocław East industrial and warehouse complex will offer Class A warehouse space and meet 'Excellent' BREEAM certification standards. LCube will serve as the Development Manager, working closely with Hillwood through the construction and commercial phases.

UDI Group is finishing the first hall of its new Logistics Centre Přehýšov near the D5 motorway close to Plzeň. A total of three halls with a total area of 130,000 sqm will be built here. The developer plans to invest a total of CZK 3.2 billion (€130.5 million) here.
