Panattoni has finalized the sale of one of its Silesian investments. Generali Fond Realit (a part of Generali Group) purchased Panattoni Park Zabrze II on behalf of a fund under its management. The price has not been disclosed.

“This transaction is another confirmation of growing liquidity and the improving investment sentiment. Panattoni Park Zabrze II is a fully commercialized facility located in Silesia – the key industrial hub in Central and Eastern Europe, crucial for the logistics support of both the regional and Western Europe’s supply chains. Our assets, combine excellent locations with the highest technical and ecological standards and are an attractive target for international capital. The shift towards the next phase of the cycle motivates the buyers who are actively pursuing investment opportunities of the highest quality”, commented Michał Stanisławski, Co-Head of Capital Markets Poland at Panattoni.

Panattoni Park Zabrze II is a logistics park with an area of 45,000 sqm located in Zabrze, within the Katowice Special Economic Zone. Its proximity to the A1 and A4 motorways ensures access to markets across Poland and the CEE region. Over 50% of the facility is occupied by Zarys International Group, one of Europe’s largest suppliers of medical equipment.

The industrial park has obtained BREEAM certification at the Excellent level and is equipped with energy- and water-saving solutions that contribute to lower operational costs for tenants.
