Panattoni has secured a new tenant for its expanding Panattoni Park Zgierz II. Bielenda, a Polish cosmetics manufacturer, will launch a new central warehouse from which it will distribute products to customers throughout the country and abroad.

The Bielenda Group has been present on the market for over three decades, expanding its portfolio of recognisable cosmetic brands, including Bielenda, BodyBoom, Soraya, Tołpa, and Dermika. Its products are available not only in Poland, but also in nearly 60 countries on five continents. The company's growth and increasing sales volumes have generated a need to strengthen its logistics infrastructure and create a new central warehouse. It will be built in Panattoni Park Zgierz II.

Under the agreement, the company has leased a total of 10,500 sqm of warehouse space with social and office facilities. The new warehouse will start operating later this year. The facility will employ around 40 people.

“We are delighted that another well-known brand, whose products are familiar to consumers throughout Poland, is joining the group of tenants at Panattoni Park Zgierz II. The trust that Bielenda has placed in us confirms that our park meets the expectations of the most demanding companies. It is a modern logistics space, whose location in the heart of the country enables efficient distribution in all directions. These same advantages of the investment were also appreciated by a leading drugstore chain,” says Katarzyna Kujawiak, Development Director at Panattoni.

Panattoni Park Zgierz II is a class-A logistics centre located just 2.5 km from the A2 motorway junction and 13 km from the A1 motorway, which guarantees optimal transport conditions. At the same time, its proximity of Łódź and Zgierz also provides access to a pool of skilled workers. Another 70,000 sqm stage of the investment is currently under construction - upon completion, the park will reach 120,000 sqm of space.

The complex will undergo BREEAM environmental certification at the Excellent level. Water-saving solutions have been implemented in the facility, and an LCA analysis has been carried out to reduce the built-in carbon footprint. The roof of the hall has been adapted for the installation of a photovoltaic system in the future.
