European Logistics Investment (ELI) together with its strategic partner Panattoni is to lease more warehouse space. At the facility Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska II almost 57,000 square meters will be delivered for use, of which nearly 45,000 square meters have been leased out to the tenants Dywidag and LATEX Opony Inc.

P3 Logistic Parks has signed a lease agreement with Interbrands Marketing & Distribution for 24,830 square meters of logistics and office space within P3 Bucharest A1 park. Interbrands has been a client of the park since 2006 and decided now to relocate to a larger warehouse that can accommodate Orbico Group's expansion operations in Romania. On this occasion, Interbrands also begins the implementation of an extensive logistics automation project in the new warehouse.

XLMX obchodní s.r.o. has leased 16,000 sqm of warehouse space in ctPark Prague East in Nupaky with a view to setting up a regional warehouse for XXXLutz.

According to Savills, the average spread between prime industrial and prime shopping centre yields across mainland Europe has converged for the first time in its historic series as demand for logistics and soars as a result of increased levels in e-commerce.

Logistics company FIEGE has recently signed three transactions for 38,600 square meters at Prologis Park Budapest-Harbor, of which 19,600 square meters are new leases, including the just-completed new Building 11 totalling 14,000 square meters. With a total leased area in the park of 59,000 square meters, FIEGE has become the largest customer of Prologis in Hungary.

Panattoni will build another warehouse and manufacturing park in Silesia – Panattoni Park Zabrze II. The 44,000-square-metre project will be delivered in Zabrze, at the Katowice Special Economic Zone. The first customer has already leased 14,000 sqm at the park.

Accolade is entering Gorzów Wielkopolski with a project worth nearly €47 million. The first stage of construction of the new BREEM certified industrial park will be completed next month. Lease agreements have already been signed by Logoplaste and Omnipack.

Panattoni has completed the development of the largest warehouse facility in the Warsaw region – A2 Warsaw Park. The building, totalling close to 104,000 sqm, was delivered in Adamów, right next to the Grodzisk Mazowiecki junction on the A2 motorway. Nearly half of the space provided by the developer has been taken up.

Savills Investment Management has signed a new lease agreement involving Gate One Business Park in Warsaw. An international company dealing with data centre services has leased 21,000 sqm of the modern space at the Gate Two building. The term of the agreement is 15 years.

Ekol Poland has rented 23,500 sqm in Panattoni Park Poznań VII, on which it will carry out logistics processes for the outdoor clothing producer - Regatta. The implemóented operations will ensure integrated sales, both in the e-commerce channel and in stationery stores, as well as support wholesalers. The lease transaction was mediated by Axi Immo.
