Revetas Capital has commenced construction of a new logistics building at Sofia Airport Center (SAC).

The B04 logistics building is 65% pre-let, while negotiations are ongoing with local and international companies for the remaining space. Sofia Airport Center has established itself as a logistics and industrial cluster, hosting companies across logistics and distribution, freight forwarding, air cargo, FMCG, industrial manufacturing, technology and agribusiness.

Yavor Michev, Project Development Director at Ceres Management Services, said: "The B04 building will deliver approximately 5,700 sqm of gross lettable area, comprising around 5,000 sqm of logistics space and 700 sqm of modern office accommodation, with completion scheduled for February 2027. With construction now underway, our focus is on efficient execution and timely delivery."

Vlad Drăgoescu, Partner and CEE Head of Portfolio Management at Revetas Capital, added: "B04 is the first proof of concept for the warehousing and logistics development potential embedded in Sofia Airport Center. (...) Beyond this building, Sofia Airport Center holds approximately 6 hectares of development land capable of delivering around 57,000 sqm of additional logistics and warehouse space. We see SAC evolving into Sofia's premier logistics destination."

SAC combines 17,300 sqm of offices and retail with 16,300 sqm prime logistics space, a 9,000 sqm landscaped park and lake, and direct adjacency to Sofia International Airport on a 12-hectare site.
