CityOne Group has announced the acquisition of a manufacturing facility from German automotive supplier Woco Group in Kőbánya.

The property, which will operate as KőbányaOne Logistics Park, represents one of the most significant urban logistics real estate transactions in Budapest in recent years.

The 18,500 sqm facility was built in 2017 and is located along Maglódi út in Kőbánya's industrial corridor.

"The acquisition of KőbányaOne is a milestone for CityOne. Modern urban warehouses play a key role in efficient supply chains, yet Budapest has very few premium-quality logistics properties available," said Zoltán Radnóty, Majority Owner and Managing Director of CityOne Group. The parties have not disclosed the transaction terms, but Radnóty indicated that the purchase price aligns with premium property pricing. As part of the deal, CityOne and Woco signed a lease agreement for continued use of the property.

The transaction expands CityOne's portfolio to three logistics parks - ÚjbudaOne, BudafokOne and KőbányaOne - with a total of 45,000 sqm of leasable space.

The property is located on one of the capital's most important industrial-logistics corridors with access to the M3 motorway, M0 ring road, Route 4 and Budapest Airport. The urban location provides workforce advantages, with Kőbánya's traditional industrial base offering experienced workers and direct public transport connections. CityOne parks emphasise sustainability through modern insulation, LED lighting and efficient mechanical systems.
