MLP Group has handed over a warehouse facility to Sarantis Polska at the MLP Pruszków II logistics park. The new building spans over 24,000 sqm and serves as a distribution centre for domestic and international markets.

The project marks another milestone in cooperation between MLP Group and Sarantis Polska, dating back to 2001. The company initially leased 5,000 sqm of warehouse space, gradually expanding to five times the original agreement size. Approximately 22,700 sqm is allocated for warehouse purposes, including 5,200 sqm for a VNA zone enabling efficient space use through narrow working aisles and process automation. The facility offers 12 metres clear height and will undergo Breeam certification at Excellent level.

"Sarantis Polska is a valued partner and one of our key tenants, with whom we have worked for 25 years. As one of MLP Group's first tenants, this long-standing relationship is an important part of our growth," said Radosław T. Krochta, President of the Management Board of MLP Group. "We trust that the quality of the facility will meet your expectations. Today, MLP Pruszków II is becoming a modern 'logistics city', offering full functionality where tenants can feel comfortable and secure."

"The decision to consolidate distribution in a single location is a natural next step in our development strategy, following major acquisitions in Poland. This modern distribution center will allow us to improve operational efficiency, shorten order fulfillment times and increase product availability," said Marek Modzelewski, General Manager, Sarantis Polska.
