CBRE expanded its Romanian management team by recruiting Alexandra Baciu as Head of HR (People) for CBRE Romania, starting with September 2019. With 15 years of overall professional experience and her core expertise residing in the area of HR, Alexandra will oversee HR Strategy for the 160 employees of the CBRE Romania team.

Avison Young team in Poland is expanding by appointment of Marcin Purgal – experienced director, active on Polish and CEE commercial property markets for ca. 15 years. He is taking the position of Senior Director in the Investment Advisory Department.

JLL Slovakia announced the appointment of Rudolf Nemec, MRICS as the new Head of Capital Markets, effective from 1st of September. Rudolf has had an intensive 6 years of professional experience at JLL during which he has worked on all major real estate transactions in Slovakia. In his new role, Rudolf will be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with existing and new clients active predominantly in Slovakia and CEE. He brings expertise, enthusiasm, profound market knowledge and a clear understanding of the Capital Markets transactional business.

Panattoni Europe is growing its capital market structures. The team has been joined by Michał Stanisławski, taking on a new position of Director of Capital Markets Poland. Among other tasks, he will be responsible for managing investor relations, including raising capital for the developer’s dynamically growing investment projects in the country.

BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Karel Bor as the new Managing Director in the Czech Republic. Karel Bor brings with him over 20 years of professional experience within the real estate industry including brokerage, advisory and property development.  

JLL is entering the residential market in Romania by launching the Living department within the Bucharest office. The new department, which will provide consulting services for the residential sector, will be led by Andreea Hamza as Senior Director.
