It has decided to further develop its ecological and social activities by purchasing 100 hectares of forest near Mladá Boleslav. The main goal of the company is to revitalize and grow trees.

M7 Real Estate and Conan Lauterpacht, formerly Head of Corporate Venturing at Altus Group, have established M7 Structura, a new European-focused venture capital firm dedicated to real estate technology. M7 Structura announced the launch of its first fund, which will invest in revenue generating PropTech companies at the institutional seed investment to Series A fundraising stage.

P3 Logistics Parks announced the appointment of Tim Beaudin as CEO. Previously, Beaudin served as P3 Chairman of the Board since March 2018.
