BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Karel Bor as the new Managing Director in the Czech Republic. Karel Bor brings with him over 20 years of professional experience within the real estate industry including brokerage, advisory and property development.  

JLL is entering the residential market in Romania by launching the Living department within the Bucharest office. The new department, which will provide consulting services for the residential sector, will be led by Andreea Hamza as Senior Director.

Over the past five years CBRE, through the Building Consultancy Division, has managed the building projects of three production units in Romania with a surface area of approximately 50,000 sqm that totals customer investment of over €100 million.

In just one year, the managed portfolio expanded by 50%, and at the same time the team grew, so at age 39, Luiza Moraru conducts a team of over 600 people, being the only real estate consultant in Romania with a regional management position.

CBRE has expanded its team with the first humanoid robot available in a real estate company in Romania, PepperEscu. By doing so since May, CBRE aims to use the robot's technological abilities to create synergy between people as end-users of the properties, from office workers to visitors to shopping centres.
