Rudolf has had an intensive 6 years of professional experience at JLL during which he has worked on all major real estate transactions in Slovakia. In his new role, Rudolf will be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with existing and new clients active predominantly in Slovakia and CEE. He brings expertise, enthusiasm, profound market knowledge and a clear understanding of the Capital Markets transactional business.

Panattoni Europe is growing its capital market structures. The team has been joined by Michał Stanisławski, taking on a new position of Director of Capital Markets Poland. Among other tasks, he will be responsible for managing investor relations, including raising capital for the developer’s dynamically growing investment projects in the country.

JLL is entering the residential market in Romania by launching the Living department within the Bucharest office. The new department, which will provide consulting services for the residential sector, will be led by Andreea Hamza as Senior Director.

CBRE expanded its Romanian management team by recruiting Gijs Klomp as Head of Investment Properties for CBRE Romania. Gijs has over 17 years of experience in real estate and was involved in investment transactions worth more than €2.00 billion.
