Anna Bartoszewicz-Wnuk, Anna Młyniec, Agata Sekuła and Savvas Savva have been appointed Members of the Management Board of JLL in Poland. All four of them join Tomasz Trzósło (Managing Director & President of the Management Board), Małgorzata Żółtowska and Kazimierz Kirejczyk (Vice-Presidents) to strengthen JLL's position on the real estate market in Poland.

The valuation department of Cushman & Wakefield Echinox has evaluated over 700 properties with a cumulative value of €4 billion in 2018, while estimating an increase of 25% of the valuation volume, potentially reaching the €5 billion threshold during the year.

The BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland team was joined at the beginning of March by Piotr Krawczyński who took up the position of Head of Capital Markets CEE. His responsibilities will include client acquisition and coordination of property purchase/sale transactions across Central and Eastern Europe. Furthermore, his scope of duties will also involve consultancy services in respect of property investment finance.

Sylwia Pędzińska, Senior Partner at Colliers International and Head of the Workplace Innovation department, has been appointed head of a newly created Innovation & Knowledge department for Colliers’ Polish business. Dorota Osiecka will replace Sylwia as the new director of Workplace Innovation.

The TriGranit Board has appointed Tom Lisiecki as the new Chief Executive Officer of TriGranit. Mr Lisiecki arrives from CityCon, having been based in Stockholm where he served as Chief Development Officer. Prior to it, he spent 13 years with TriGranit, working in the last years as Chief Investment Officer and Country Director – Poland, having been involved in all TriGranit’s projects.

Spaceti, the Czech startup that provides an integrated suite of data analytics, smart sensors, and mobile user interfaces to optimise the use of office spaces and increase productivity and the wellbeing of people in buildings, was named the world’s top property technology (proptech) company at the MIPIM Startup Competition in Cannes.

Piotr Krawczyński joined the BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland team as Head of Capital Markets CEE. He will be responsible, among others, for acquiring new accounts and coordinating sale/purchase transactions in Central and Eastern Europe. His duties will include advisory in the field of financing real estate investment projects.

JLL introduced a new workplace consulting service in the Czech Republic. It focuses on the planning and quality of the work environment. In the cooperation with the activities in CEE and EMEA regions, Lucie Malá will be in charge of the workplace strategy with the support of the research, project management and design departments. By integrating this service, JLL will expand its portfolio and meet the needs of clients in the right setting of the work environment. New service based on real-world experience and analysis will help clients with the effectivity of their offices.

Prologis announced that Martin Baláž has been promoted to Vice President, Country Manager, Prologis Czech Republic and Slovakia.

DLA Piper has launched a new "proptech" practice for the real estate and construction sector and new technologies. The firm's Polish proptech team is led by Poland Co-Managing Partner Jacek Gizinski, Head of Real Estate, and Ewa Kurowska-Tober, Head of Intellectual Property and New Technologies.
