JLL is expanding its leadership in the Czech Republic. As of 9 May 2022, it has a new Director of Industrial and Logistics Agency in the Czech Republic.

Specializing in ESG policy and operational cost optimization, Westbridge Advisory has opened its new headquarters in the capital city of Poland in April 2022. Danuta Grzywacz has been entrusted with the duties of director of the headquarters located at 1 Rondo ONZ. As Country Head for Poland, she will report directly to the Managing Director of Westbridge Advisory International AG, who is Hajo Engelke. From now on. the expertise of Westbridge is available locally to investors and asset managers operating in the Polish real estate market. 

Real estate advisor Avison Young has announced Wesley Thomson has joined the firm as Director of ESG, UK & Europe, to lead ESG strategy in the region.

PSN is expanding its team. Radek Hlaváček has joined PSN as Director of Projects. He will be responsible for managing projects in various stages of preparation and construction, including strategic planning and analysis of investment plans, the company reports.

Real estate advisory firm Savills estimates that the prices of building materials for new commercial real estate construction in Poland increased by close to 30% in the past 12 months and expects demand for technical consultancy to grow. The Building & Project Consultancy team of Savills Poland has summarised its activity in 2021, a year in which it completed close to 60 projects for commercial properties with a combined area of 1.5 million sq m and almost doubled its headcount.

Hungarian company CE LAND and NAI Global of the US are forming a strategic alliance. The two companies will operate jointly in the real estate market under the new brand name NAI CELand.

Immofinanz has announced that the Supervisory Board has appointed Radka Doehring as a member of the Executive Board as of 1st May 2022 for three years.

Three new Deputy CEOs have been appointed at Wing. In addition to his position as Director of Residential Developments, János Martin has been promoted to Deputy CEO of Wing, Director of Marketing Communications Csenge Mátray has fulfilled the role of Deputy CEO for Communications, HR and Corporate Operations, while Director of Transactions Bence Sass has been appointed Deputy CEO for International Business Development and Investments.

Griffin Capital Partners has announced two senior executive promotions as the company continues to grow its presence in the private equity and real estate markets in Central and Eastern Europe. Piotr Fijołek and Tomasz Mrowczyk, currently Senior Partners, have been promoted to the positions of Co-Managing Partners. The position is new in the structure and has been created especially to appreciate the contribution of the two managers to the growth of the company.

A total of 9 commercial real estate experts who advise clients on a daily basis, working in office, industrial and logistics leasing departments, as well as in property management, investment markets and design consultancy departments, climbed a step up the career ladder.
