Arcadis is changing the ownership and as of April is owned by its current management in the Czech Republic. The new name of the company is now Grinity, the company announced.

In mid-March, the property development and investment group Crestyl appointed Marian Rašík as its new CFO (Chief Financial Officer) and member of the Board of Directors. In his role, he will have primary responsibility for the planning, implementation, management and operation of all financial activities across the Crestyl Group. Jozef Ďurík will continue to be Crestyl's CFO in the Czech Republic, the company reports.

Avalant has become JLL's exclusive partner for the office and investment property market in Bulgaria. JLL carried out a tender process, in which several local consultancy companies were invited and Avalant emerged as the selected partner. The collaboration will be made directly with colleagues from JLL Romania.

Stamatis Sapkas will be the new group CFO of Globalworth starting May 1, replacing Andreas Papadopoulos, who will leave the company after eight years. 

The new management board is made up of a strong team of leaders featured with crossectional competences and experience spanning both the real estate market and other sectors. The foregoing reflects the key assumptions of JLL’s strategy in Poland, aimed at providing clients with strategic advice – strongly embedded in the real estate area, and at the same time drawing on the best practices of other industries.

Revetas Capital, the pan-European real estate investment advisor, has announced the appointment of Michele Small as independent Board Member of Keystone CEE Scp, being nominated by the EBRD. 

Space Brokers, a Czech real estate consultancy focused on commercial real estate, is expanding its team with 2 senior consultants for Slovakia after the first year. Martin Varačka and Martin Šafárik are responsible for commercial property leasing in Slovakia now. At the same time, Lucia Voslářová joins Space Brokers as a Marketing Director for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, the company announced.

Revetas, the pan-European real estate investment advisor, has named Daniel Moldenhauer as Senior Partner. He will work closely with Senior Management and the Investor Relations team. 

Developer Trammell Crow Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the CBRE Group, has appointed Petr Kovařík as Chief Logistics Officer for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. From TCC's Prague office, Petr will oversee the company's business and strategic development in the local market, as well as the selection, acquisition and financing of large-scale logistics projects in the region.  

Industrial developer CTP Romania has appointed Răzvan Danciu as Head of Property Management for its portfolio comprising 2.1 million sqm.
