Due to the growing interest of companies in locating their business in the Central and Eastern European region, Colliers has launched a new business line within its Strategic Advisory department – Business Consulting, which will cover the entire CEE market. Jan Kamoji-Czapiński, an expert with long-term experience in strategic consulting for foreign companies, who has been supporting Colliers' clients in the EMEA region for the last year, will be responsible for its development.

The Czech Green Building Council (CZGBC) has a new member, global commercial real estate service provider Avison Young. CZGBC is a non-profit association connecting companies with a common interest in high-quality buildings that support new construction and renovation based on sustainability principles.

Michał Nawrot has been promoted to Head of Investments CEE at Peakside Capital Advisors. He will be responsible for, among others, the implementation of investment objectives, asset management to increase their value and the fund's investment strategies in the CEE region.

CTP in the Czech Republic has a new CFO as of July. Ivana Ficzová will be in charge of the strategic management of CTP's finances in the Czech Republic in her new role.

Niro Investment Group, the Romanian property investor and administrator, has appointed Anca Simionescu as General Manager, tasked with coordinating and developing the company's investment projects both locally and internationally.

From mid-July this year, Dmitry Gavrylenko will join JLL Poland. As Head of Capital Markets Poland, he will be responsible for strengthening the company's offer in the area of capital markets. Dmitry was already associated with JLL, having managed the company's Ukrainian office from 2016 to 2019.

Anna Dafna has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of Atrium European Real Estate. She will replace Ryan Lee, who was promoted to the position of CEO.
