After the successful completion of the mandatory takeover offer of CPI Property Group on Immofinanz the Supervisory Board and the members of the Executive Board Dietmar Reindl and Stefan Schönauer mutually agreed today in relation to the Change of Control Event, that their contract as board members shall end on 8 June 2022. Dietmar Reindl and Stefan Schönauer will continue to work for the Company as advisors to the Executive and Supervisory Board until 31 December 2022.

Skanska's commercial development business unit in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) appointed new directors responsible for the developing and leading teams in Environmental and Health & Safety areas.

Agnieszka Krzekotowska and Dorota Pacławska have been promoted to the position of Senior Partners at Colliers. Property development and investment group Crestyl appointed Alena Líškay Králíková as its ESG manager in May. In her newly created position, she will be responsible for developing and overseeing the company's environmental, social responsibility and corporate governance policies and practices.

Real estate advisor Avison Young has announced Wesley Thomson has joined the firm as Director of ESG, UK & Europe, to lead ESG strategy in the region.

PSN is expanding its team. Radek Hlaváček has joined PSN as Director of Projects. He will be responsible for managing projects in various stages of preparation and construction, including strategic planning and analysis of investment plans, the company reports.
