JRD Land, a division of JRD Group, has appointed a new CEO, Alexandra Tomášková, on 1 February 2022. The company has a market value of signed acquisition contracts of CZK 2.2 billion. It now wants to focus on the rapid development of a portfolio of building land and larger land units for future sustainable construction. The development company JRD Development, a member of the JRD Group, is expected to deliver building plots worth up to CZK 15 billion by 2025, the company announced in the press release.

In January, the NREP team expanded to include the Head of the Living Investments Department. Maciej Piotrowicz will be in charge of investments and the development of projects in this segment in Poland. By the end of the year, 10 people will be part of his team

Real estate consultancy Colliers has appointed Oana Stamatin as ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Chief Officer in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). 

Českomoravská Nemovitostní (ČMN) has appointed Karel Bor as CEO and plans to strengthen its position on the market in the nearest future, the company announced on its website.

Savills has signed an association agreement with Modesta Real Estate, located in Vienna, to support its continued expansion across Europe and the Middle East. Modesta Real Estate will collaborate with Savills to service existing clients whilst liaising with Savills offices and other partners in CEE to build relationships across the wider region. Modesta Real Estate also has an office in Bratislava and will be collaborating closely with Savills’ Czech office to ensure further service delivery in Slovakia.

WDP, the industrial and logistics projects developer, has appointed Gijs Klomp as the new Business Development Manager in Romania.  

Tétris Romania, the subsidiary of real estate consultancy JLL, has appointed Vlad Stanislav as Managing Director, tasked with developing the local operations. The company offers design solutions for offices, homes or hotels. 

Newmark Group announced an agreement with Budapest-based VLK Consulting, which will become Newmark VLK Hungary. The announcement follows a recent agreement with a leading Polish commercial real estate firm operating as Newmark Polska.

Yovav Carmi, President of GTC’s Management Board, has announced that he steps down from the current position by mutual agreement. He has served the company for over 20 fruitful years, performing various functions, including a post on the Management Board.

CTP has appointed Harry Bannatyne as Group Head of Client Relations based in the company’s headquarters in Prague. Bannatyne was previously a Partner and Regional Director Industrial at Colliers in the Czech capital. Prior to that he was National Director, Head of Industrial Agency for the Czech Republic and Slovakia at JLL.
