GTC Hungary has appointed new top managers who will be responsible for serving GTC’s clients more efficiently.

MDC2  – a developer of warehouse and industrial space operating on the Polish market – announced a new key hire in their Development Team. Ewa Zawadzka was appointed a Director, Head of Development effective February 1, 2022.

The post-pandemic times are bringing many changes in the demands and expectations of clients. There is also a strong demand for better tools and resources. Therefore the Colliers Czech Republic appointed a new Head of the Industrial and Investment teams.

Cushman & Wakefield expands its sustainability and ESG services. In the Central and Eastern European region, Tereza Jelínková will lead the coordination of Cushman & Wakefield’s sustainability teams.

ITRA Global announced it has launched its operations in Poland and opened an office in Warsaw. The new company, International Tenant Representation Polska, will exclusively represent tenants in the office, industrial and retail market. The firm will be led by Artur Sutor.

2022 has started with a significant milestone for CEE-based proptech company Maxify – the opening of a new office in London, with the UK now acting as its primary legal jurisdiction. At the same time, the company has moved its IT infrastructure to be hosted in the Netherlands.

JRD Land, a division of JRD Group, has appointed a new CEO, Alexandra Tomášková, on 1 February 2022. The company has a market value of signed acquisition contracts of CZK 2.2 billion. It now wants to focus on the rapid development of a portfolio of building land and larger land units for future sustainable construction. The development company JRD Development, a member of the JRD Group, is expected to deliver building plots worth up to CZK 15 billion by 2025, the company announced in the press release.

In January, the NREP team expanded to include the Head of the Living Investments Department. Maciej Piotrowicz will be in charge of investments and the development of projects in this segment in Poland. By the end of the year, 10 people will be part of his team

Real estate consultancy Colliers has appointed Oana Stamatin as ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Chief Officer in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). 

Českomoravská Nemovitostní (ČMN) has appointed Karel Bor as CEO and plans to strengthen its position on the market in the nearest future, the company announced on its website.
