The new office and retail scheme located at Wronia 31 has as of 1 July joined the portfolio of properties managed by BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland. The property with the total leasable area of approx. 16,000 sqm is located in Wola’s heart in the direct vicinity of Plac Europejski. Ghelamco is the investor and developer responsible for the scheme.

The 14-storey office and retail complex offering 15 150 sqm of Class A office space is located right at the Rondo Daszyńskiego station of the second line of Warsaw’s metro next to Warsaw Spire. Tenants and guest have at their disposal an underground parking hall with 195 parking spaces and cyclist-dedicated infrastructure in the form of bicycle parking spaces and changing rooms with showers. The scheme is being developed in line with BREEAM environmental standards.

“Since the start of 2017, we have taken into management more than 155,000 sqm of space in prestigious buildings. We are extremely pleased that Grupa Ghelamco showed their confidence in us and joined the ranks of our clients by entrusting us with management of Wronia 31. Adding another scheme to our portfolio enables us to successfully implement the growth strategy for the Property Management department both in Poland and in the Central and Eastern Europe”, commented Michal Pszkit, Head of Property Management CEE at BNP Paribas Real Estate.

The largest tenant in the Wronia 31 office building, to take up more than half of the total leasable area, will be BNP Paribas Securities Services. The company plans to move into their new office at the end of 2017/beginning of 2018.
