Investis and iO Partners have completed the sale of a 39,000 sqm land plot located near Mall Moldova in Iași. The land was owned by Argo Property Management.
The strategic positioning of the asset within one of Iași's commercial and residential areas generated market interest and confirms growing investor appetite for well-located properties in Romania's cities. Its proximity to Mall Moldova enhances its value, benefiting from pedestrian and vehicular traffic, as well as established urban infrastructure.
