BIG Poland has completed the rebranding of the former Grodzisk Sfera Park and officially opened BIG Grodzisk Mazowiecki, its second retail park in the Mazowieckie voivodeship. The property, located at Żyrardowska 14 close to the centre of Grodzisk Mazowiecki, offers approximately 11,000 sqm of GLA across 19 stores and service outlets. Tenants include Biedronka, Sinsay, New Yorker, JYSK, RTV Euro AGD, Rossmann, Pepco, Dealz, KiK, TEDi, Martes Sport, Maxi Zoo, Woolworth, Świat Książki and Kodano Optyk, as well as food and beverage operators. The fully leased park provides 350 parking spaces and benefits from access to the A2 motorway and the DK50 national road.
The opening follows BIG Poland's acquisition of the property weeks earlier and extends the company's presence into the western part of the Warsaw metropolitan area, alongside its existing BIG Łubna park. Grodzisk Mazowiecki lies approximately 30 km from central Warsaw and serves a catchment area of more than 100,000 residents across the town, Grodzisk County and neighbouring municipalities.
"Opening BIG Grodzisk Mazowiecki is another important step in strengthening our presence in the Mazowieckie voivodeship and the wider Warsaw metropolitan area. Grodzisk Mazowiecki is a dynamic and growing market with strong long-term potential. The opening event is the beginning of a broader programme of activities and events that we plan to develop for our customers here," said Eran Levy, CEO of BIG Poland.
BIG Poland has been active in Poland since 2022 and now holds a portfolio of 13 retail parks with a combined area of nearly 258,000 sqm GLA, spanning locations including Andrychów, Lubin, Łubna, Gorzów Wielkopolski, Ostróda, Włocławek, Myszków, Olsztyn, Suwałki, Koszalin, Kielce, Dzierżoniów and Grodzisk Mazowiecki. The company also has four development projects in preparation in Piła, Olkusz, Konstantynów Łódzki and Bolesławiec.
