Belgrade's rental market remains stable with no significant changes compared to previous years, according to an analysis by real estate agency Cordon based on 1,000 apartment listings from November 2025.

Companies leased 197,200 sqm of office space in Bucharest in the first nine months of the year, with over half representing new demand. Indotek Group is expanding its Western European office network with a new Vienna office. The company has been expanding in Western and Southern Europe for over a decade, and the Austrian office will also serve as the first regional private equity investment centre for the Budapest-based group.

Cloud9, part of Alfa Group's real estate division, has begun construction on the second phase of its Cloud9 Evolution residential project in northern Bucharest. The company is investing €80 million in this phase, part of a total €170 million budget for the entire development.

AFI Czech Republic has officially begun construction of its new rental project AFI Home V Korytech in Prague 10 featuring 519 residential units. Construction will proceed in two phases that started simultaneously, with the first phase completing in Q2 2028 and the second a year later. Metrostav DIZ serves as the general contractor.
