Manova Partners achieved a transaction volume of €535 million in 2025, with acquisitions accounting for €225 million and disposals reaching €312 million. The international asset manager sold eight properties, focusing on office and logistics assets in the US, while making acquisitions including the Vibe A office property in Warsaw's City Centre West and a mixed-use development in Silicon Valley.

The company secured 410,000 sqm of new lettings across its portfolio, with 255,000 sqm in Europe, 87,000 sqm in Latin America and 72,400 sqm in the US. Portfolio occupancy reached 93% by year-end, while assets under management stood at €10.4 billion.

Florian Winkle, Co-CEO of Manova Partners, said: "In 2025, our focus was on transactions. We capitalised on existing opportunities in the interests of our investors and divested office and logistics properties. Demand was particularly high for our logistics properties, and we were able to achieve good prices."

For 2026, the company plans to expand its third-party asset management services and focus on logistics properties in Europe and Mexico. Christian Göbel, Co-CEO, noted: "Our strategic focus remains on logistics properties in Europe and Mexico. We also plan to capitalise on cyclical opportunities in the office sector worldwide. We are also considering data centres in Europe as a complementary investment."

Manova has already completed or advanced €187 million worth of acquisitions in Q1 2026, continuing its growth trajectory across its 174 properties spanning Europe, North and South America.
