Romanian Nordis Group has kicked off the development of a high-end residential complex located in northern Bucharest. 

White Star Logistics, a new joint venture between Bain Capital Credit and White Star Real Estate, is launching two logistics centres in Poland, in the Warsaw suburbs of Nowy Konik and Raszyn. These areas are in high demand for warehousing, light industrial uses and from the ever-growing e-commerce market. The total area of both projects will be approximately 120,000 sqm.

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has agreed to sell its entire stake in Globalworth Real Estate Investments Ltd to Zakiono Enterprises Limited, a company ultimately owned by CPI Property Group S.A. and Aroundtown SA. No value for the transaction has been released.

Rohlik Group, the provider of online grocery delivery services, has leased a warehouse covering 12,000 sqm in CTPark Bucharest North as part of its expansion strategy in Romania. 

Wing is launching the second phase of the East Gate Business Park project at the junction of motorways M0 and M3. The development of East Gate PRO will start with the construction of two new halls with an area of over 20,000 sqm, in response to market needs and increased demand. The first halls of East Gate PRO will be completed in Q2 2022.

Residential developer Lucron has sold the entire retail part of the Urban Residence project in Bratislava to Slovak group Coopex Hold. After the complete occupation of facilities and their sale, the entire Urban Residence is already in private hands.

Total commercial property investment volumes climbed to €426 million in the Czech Republic during the second quarter of 2021, according to Savills latest research. This represents a 42% increase compared to the same period last year and a 47% increase in investment activity compared to the previous quarter.

According to “Office Occupier: Office Market in Warsaw”, a report published by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland, total leasing volume reached close to 249,300 sqm in the first half of 2021, accounting for 32.1% of the annual average for 2015-2020.

Polish developer 7R has brought into use the tenth warehouse building in 7R Park Kraków in Kokotów on the south-eastern outskirts of the city. It is the largest complex in the company`s portfolio with more than 213,000 sqm GLA.
