Duna House has released its monthly Transaction Estimate and mortgage forecast, showing that there were 11,185 residential property transactions in Hungary in July, 15% fewer than a year earlier.

Investments in Romania’s commercial real estate sector amounted to €303.6 million in the first half of the year, which was a drop of 21% compared to the same period of 2020, according to CBRE Research data. 

Slovak developer Immocap has secured €44 million of construction financing and €50 million of investment financing by UniCredit Bank for The Mill office project in Bratislava’s Mlynské Nivy. The completion of the project is expected in 2023.
