Romanian property company Impact Developer & Contractor has completed a new phase in its Greenfield Băneasa project in northern Bucharest. The recently delivered phase has a market value of more than €16 million.
The total number of residential units completed in the Bucharest-based project to date has reached 2,650 apartments.
The 97 apartments are located in two buildings and 97% have already been sold.
Greenfield Băneasa is one of the biggest residential projects under development in Romania and will reach 6,000 housing units upon its planned completion in 2028, when its population should reach 15,000 inhabits. The investment was started in 2007.
Shares in Impact were down 2.44% to 0.40 lei on Wednesday closing trading session on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB).
