Reducing carbon emissions is surely becoming a top priority for landlords especially since numerous investors have committed to reaching net-zero emissions. At the same time, they’re also discovering that digital tools can help improve occupancy in office buildings which often stand half-empty these days due to widespread remote working. It’s high time for the industry to use disruptive technology and invest in digitization to improve utilization of space and reduce carbon emissions, says a new report on ESG and digitalization in the office market by workcloud24.

French asset management company MNK Partners has added the NC3 building in Warsaw to its MNK One portfolio. The office building is located on ul. Postępu in the city's Służewiec business district. The value of transaction has not been disclosed. 

CBRE Group announced a decision to discontinue most of its business in Russia in response to the horrific attack on Ukraine. The company has begun the process of exiting its office in Moscow, which provides leasing, investment, property management and valuation services, and terminating two existing affiliate relationships in the country. Consistent with its contractual obligations, CBRE will continue to manage facilities and provide other essential services for existing multi-national clients that are operating in Russia.

Panattoni Park Košice Aiport has expanded by a second hall. The first tenants have already taken over the area of around 6,300 sqm. The nearly 20,000 sqm hall was built by developer Panattoni in cooperation with investor Accolade. Erik Ivaničko, Panattoni's director for Slovakia, told the TASR news agency that the investment in the construction of the new hall is about € 17 million.

Immofinanz today received a request to convene an extraordinary general meeting, together with an agenda covering elections to the Supervisory Board. According to the convocation request, CPIPG holds an investment (directly and indirectly) of approximately 54.86% in Immofinanz and recommends (via its subsidiary WXZ1 a.s.) two new members for election by the general meeting.
