CTP has signed deals totalling 96,000 sqm at five of its logistics CTParks across the Czech Republic since the start of 2023. Penta Real Estate announced the finalisation of their newest land acquisition in the centre of Bratislava. Both parties have agreed that the amount of the transaction will not be disclosed. 

The Polish office buildings owned by PineBridge Benson Elliot and Sharow Capital - the Diamentum Office in Wrocław, Okrąglak and Kwadraciak in Poznań, Forum 76 in Łódź, Opera Office in Gdańsk and Vinci Office Center in Kraków - have renewed the WELL Health-Safety Rating certification. MVGM was responsible for the certification process of the office buildings.

Panattoni continues to grow its portfolio of urban centres in Warsaw. The company has begun construction of City Logistics Warsaw IX next to the junction of ul. Utrata and ul. Half of the space is to be occupied by Inter-Mlecz, a distributor of some of the biggest grocery brands. The company is to move its current operations without disruption from a nearby location.
