For landlords, a wide range of design services is offered, from the introduction of tenants to project handover. Colliers Hungary has announced the appointment of Zsolt Szarvas as the leader of the new business line. He brings 20 years of professional experience, holding positions in construction, project management, and development leadership in Hungary and Poland.
