Falcon Investment Management fund has expanded its retail portfolio with the opening of Oto Park Sandomierz, the latest addition to its growing Oto Park brand.
The 7,000 sqm retail park houses nine tenants, including two retail chains making their debut in the city - Lidl and Action. Food and beverage outlets complement the offering, with 140 parking spaces available for customers. The facility will be certified to Breeam Very Good standard.
Located in the north-eastern part of the city, the new retail park provides convenient access for Sandomierz residents and surrounding areas whilst allowing modern retail development outside the historic city centre.
"Oto Park Sandomierz responds to daily shopping needs of residents, combining a convenient location with well-recognised brands. It's particularly important that chains previously unavailable in Sandomierz - Lidl and Action - have opened here, strengthening the local retail offering," said Daria Górniak, Leasing and Asset Management Director at Falcon Investment Management.
Falcon Investment Management currently has additional Oto Park projects under construction in Lubin and Siemianowice, with further developments planned to expand the company's retail park portfolio.
