Big Poland has opened a new retail park in Dzierżoniów, with the 17,000 sqm development featuring over 30 stores and 500 parking spaces.

The retail park houses stores across fashion, home and lifestyle, services and dining, serving approximately 115,000 residents in the catchment area. The development is undergoing Breeam certification.

"The opening of Big Dzierżoniów exceeded our expectations. Seeing the local community embrace the park from day one is exactly what we had hoped for," said Eran Levy, CEO of Big Poland. "With over 30 leading brands under one roof, residents now have access to a retail offer that was simply not available in this catchment before."

Big Poland has been active in the Polish market since 2022 and currently owns 12 retail parks with a total leasable area of nearly 247,000 sqm. The company has three additional development projects in preparation in Piła, Olkusz and Konstantynów Łódzki.
