StudentSpace, a student housing platform developed by Signal, Griffin Capital Partners and Echo Investment, has begun construction of its second Warsaw project. The six-storey development will be located in the southern part of Mokotów. Scheduled to open in Q3 2027, it will add nearly 600 beds to Warsaw's PBSA market.
The new dorm will be developed at the corner of Beethovena and Dziekońskiego streets in southern Mokotów, close to the area's key transport corridors, Jana III Sobieskiego and Ludwika Idzikowskiego streets. The location offers access to universities, everyday services, green areas and places for leisure. The investment will provide over 200 parking spaces and dedicated bicycle parking. The building will also include laundry, coworking areas, co-living spaces and other shared zones.
"This investment is a continuation of our strategy to build a scalable PBSA platform that responds to demand for well-located student accommodation," says Anna Czaplicka, Head of Sales at StudentSpace. "By creating spaces that support students with an environment that helps them study, connect and thrive, we are building a platform that is both purpose-driven and commercially resilient."
StudentSpace aims to reach an operating portfolio of 5,000 purpose-built, modern, energy-efficient student beds across key academic cities in Poland over the next three years.
