Anna Wojciechowska, Head of ESG at Robyg, talked to Property Forum about the implementation of the principles of sustainability in the Polish residential market and the factors, that will affect the ESG-related activities in the following years.

The Group aims to at least double its revenue to €183-215 million in 2028, triple its EBITDA (excluding revaluations) within five years to €112–132 million in 2028, nearly triple funds from operations (FFO) to €51–60 million in 2028, and at least double its net asset value (NAV) per share to €48–56 million in 2028.

Sierra Balmain is expanding its portfolio with another shopping mall. Starting in April, the company will take over property management of Galeria Pomorska in Bydgoszcz. The group will handle all the ongoing operations of the facility.

The Bratislava residential quarter developed by Cresco Real Estate has grown by 379 approved apartments and suites in the Slnečnice POP project. The westernmost part of Slnečnice, which is adjacent to the completed Petržalska tramway, has received the approval decision after 21 months.

Panattoni has acquired financing for the development of its latest development in Western Pomerania. The €20 million loan was granted by mBank. Panattoni Park Szczecin V will comprise 30,000 sqm of which around a third has already been leased to a client from the food and hospitality sector.

Immofinanz Group generated strong growth in rental income during the 2023 financial year. This development was based primarily on the full consolidation of S Immo, the purchase of retail properties, and solid growth in like-for-like rental income. However, due to revaluation effects, the company recorded a decline in net profit to €-229.5 million in 2023.
