Romanian developer HILS Development has designed a space simulating the development of a residential project within Bucharest-based edutainment project Destiny Park.

The developer Star Group is launching the construction of ten residential villas in Prague 8 - Dolní Chabry according to the design of the architectural office Loxia. The developer has released 120 apartments as part of the pre-sale, 40% of which is now gone.

At their recent session, the Prague councillors agreed to the amendment of the zoning master plan concerning the space of railway tracks of the Main Railway Station. The reconstruction project of the Bajkal mixed-use building on Bajkalská Street in Bratislava has been given the green light for further development. The city has issued its approving binding opinion, the first step in the permitting process, reports SME.sk.

The construction of the Astrid Garden project by UBM Development Czechia is reaching its construction end and completion. The complex of seven newly built and one reconstructed building from the beginning of the 20th century in the Holešovice district in Prague is scheduled for approval in July 2024.
