Ozimska Park, a 17,000 sqm GLA facility built in Opole by Redkom Development and delivered in November 2023, has been sold. The new owner is Newgate Investment, which is successively expanding its portfolio of retail properties. It currently includes 33 projects located in various Polish cities. The price has not been disclosed.

Panattoni has completed a production plant for the Fortaco Group in Knurów, Silesia. The newly opened factory has an area of over 34,000 sqm.

Marjan Gigov has joined Cushman & Wakefield as an Associate and Specialist for Leasing Premium and Luxury Retail Spaces in the Czech Republic and CE region. In this role, he is going to be primarily responsible for leasing spaces and projects on Prime High Streets.

Total demand for office leasing in Bucharest dropped by 25% to 236,000 sqm in Q3 compared to the same period of 2023, while new demand fell 11% to 82,000 sqm in the same interval due to the slowdown of the IT&C sector, according to a Colliers report.
