IWG has announced the opening of a new flexible workspace project in Budapest under the Regus brand in partnership with Proform Ingatlanbefektetési Zrt. 

Romania’s total stock of industrial and logistics spaces could reach the 8 million sqm threshold at the end of 2025, if the recent annual development pace of around 500,000 sqm is maintained, according to a report by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox. 

Investments in funds in the Czech Republic are experiencing a sharp increase. According to data from the Association for the Capital Market (AKAT), the volume of assets in collective investment funds has increased by CZK 46 billion (€1.82 billion) in Q2 2024 alone. 

The flexible office market in Bratislava has grown to 40,000 sqm, compared to 2020 it has almost doubled, CBRE's latest survey reports. Flexible offices and coworking spaces are equal to 2% of the total offer of modern office spaces in Bratislava.

Concens Investments has purchased from the City of Ostrava a 513,000 sqm plot in the strategic development zone in Ostrava Mošnov through its company OAMP Holding.

Ozimska Park, a 17,000 sqm GLA facility built in Opole by Redkom Development and delivered in November 2023, has been sold. The new owner is Newgate Investment, which is successively expanding its portfolio of retail properties. It currently includes 33 projects located in various Polish cities. The price has not been disclosed.

Panattoni has completed a production plant for the Fortaco Group in Knurów, Silesia. The newly opened factory has an area of over 34,000 sqm.

Marjan Gigov has joined Cushman & Wakefield as an Associate and Specialist for Leasing Premium and Luxury Retail Spaces in the Czech Republic and CE region. In this role, he is going to be primarily responsible for leasing spaces and projects on Prime High Streets.
