Industrial developer VGP is expanding a building in VGP Park Brașov by 13,813 sqm, with 20% of the new space already leased. 

Croatian autonomous car maker Verne has leased 28,500 sqm in VGP Park Zagreb for a new factory. Under the lease terms brokered by CBRE, VGP will develop a built-to-suit project for Verne featuring offices, warehouse space and a production facility.

VGP has started the construction of Hall B in VGP Park České Budějovice, located on the outskirts of the South Bohemian metropolis in the Světlík commercial zone, earlier this year. The "Small business units" concept represents a solution for small and medium-sized companies.

VGP has started the development of a new industrial building with a leasable area of 32,768 sqm in VGP Park Timișoara.

VGP NV and AREIM Pan-European Logistics Fund AB have announced the signing of an initial transaction between VGP and its 50:50 joint venture SAGA. The target investment is reaching €1.5 billion.

VGP is starting the construction of new warehouses in its VGP Park Ústí nad Labem City. Building B is being prepared for the Czech logistics company RTR-Transport a logistika s.r.o.

European developer and owner of semi-industrial and logistics real estate VGP has just handed over space in Hall A of VGP Park Ústí nad Labem City to two tenants.

VGP has announced the establishment of a new 50:50 Joint Venture named “Saga” with Areim, an independent fund manager and property owner headquartered in Stockholm. The Saga Joint Venture will focus exclusively on key European markets, including France, Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary.

VGP has handed over its brand new premises to Dachser Czech Republic in VGP Park České Budějovice in the Světlík commercial zone. Hall D, which has just been completed, covers 14,000 sqm and was built to suit this international logistics service provider as a further extension of its existing premises in Hall C, which covers over 9,000 sqm. It will primarily be used for contract logistics. The building aspires to a BREEAM green certification of Excellent, VGP announced. 

Companies have leased close to 550,000 sqm of industrial and logistics spaces across Romania in the first half of 2023, with more than one third of the volume represented by pre-lease agreements, according to Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
