Vastint Poland entrusted Mostostal Warszawa with the construction of the B10 office and hotel complex in Wroclaw. The planned investment will be built on Bolkowska Street, in the vicinity of the Business Garden office complex. The total usable area of the new development will be approximately 20,000 sqm. The general contractor plans to start construction work immediately, which will take 18 months. The investment is scheduled for completion in December 2022.
Vastint Poland has signed a contract with Budimex SA for general contracting services for the initial part of the second phase of the Waterfront complex in Gdynia. The planned investment will be built on Hryniewickiego Street, in the vicinity of Kościuszko Square, and will comprise the construction of four buildings totalling 45,000 sqm including underground garages. The general contractor plans to start construction in May of this year, with the investment scheduled for completion in 2023.
Greek developer Reds has authorized its board of directors to take all necessary measures to complete the sale of the 8,000 sqm land to Vastint, at a price of €11,4 million. The land is located on Splaiul Unirii Boulevard, near the Timpuri Noi Square project, developed by Vastint.
Vastint Poland has sold the Brama Portowa office building complex in Szczecin. The new owner is FLE SICAV FIS managed by FLE GmbH from Vienna. The price has not been disclosed. Vastint was supported in the sale process by experts from Knight Frank’s Capital Markets department.
Savills has been appointed as sole letting agent for office space in the three buildings of Business Garden Wrocław, owned by the ISOC Group. Savills has also been the property manager for the first phase of the project since mid-2019.

Axi Immo decided to renew its office leases in Warsaw and Katowice. The leased area in Warsaw has remained unchanged while the Silesian office at Muchowiec Active Park has been enlarged.
