Vastint Poland is launching its first project in the Private Rented Sector (PRS). The Pastelowo estate will be built on Pastelowa Street in Poznań, in the immediate vicinity of the Business Garden complex. The development includes 255 apartments, which will be entirely for long-term rental. The project will be ready in early 2025, at which time the first contracts with future tenants are scheduled to be signed.

“Vastint plans to deliver nearly 4,000 apartments in Warsaw, Wrocław, the Tri-City and Poznan over the next five years. In the middle of next year, the second phase of the Waterfront complex in Gdynia will be completed, with 146 units for sale in the residential part. In Poznań, which is the largest market in terms of the number of residential projects planned by Vastint, we are starting construction of the Pastelowo intended entirely for rental. The first stage of the Portowo project in Staroleka will most likely be launched early next year, and we are still planning to develop multifamily buildings in Stara Rzeźnia. In both cases, in addition to apartments for sale, some units will also be available on an institutional rental basis”, says Roger Andersson, Managing Director of Vastint Poland.

The Pastelowo estate includes seven buildings, with a total of 255 units ranging in size from 33 to 100 sqm. Most of them will have balconies or, in the case of ground-floor apartments, private gardens. The apartments will be finished in the same style and standard, which includes fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms. Vastint plans to retrofit all apartments with furniture.

The development will also feature a separate garage building with parking spaces for tenants, bike racks, and a playground surrounded by lush greenery that will dominate the space between the buildings. Residents will be able to use sports fields located within the adjacent Business Garden office complex.

The location of the development provides future residents with good access to important points of the city, the airport, the Poznań Stadium, squares, as well as stores and services, including a kindergarten, healthcare facility, fitness club, King Cross shopping centre.

“Vastint will manage the property, which will make it much easier to contact us on lease matters and in case of other requests. We are preparing a simple lease procedure and preferential financial terms for those planning to lease for several years. We will do our best to make tenants feel at home in the apartments of the Pastelowo estate”, explains Joanna Kwiatkowska, Marketing Manager of Vastint Poland.
