Vastint has leased nearly 13,400 sqm in three Business Garden complexes in the last months of 2022. The new tenants of Business Garden Wrocław are VSB Energie Odnawialne Polska, Smartbear Software, IDOM, and Jabil Poland, which leased a total of more than 4,200 sqm of office space. In addition, two current tenants of the complex, Gates Business Services Europe and iTechArt, have expanded their existing offices by an additional 2,400 sqm. The Business Garden Poznań tenants were joined by Deloitte and Paypro SA, which leased a total of 2,720 sqm. Business Garden Warsaw also gained new tenants, Astellas Pharma, Stadler Polska, TLScontact and United Imaging Healthcare Poland. Along with the expansion agreements signed with current clients, the Warsaw complex leased 4,074 sqm of office space.

“Business Garden complexes, which have been operating on the Polish market for a number of years, offer excellent working and development conditions for companies from various sectors of the economy. Among our tenants are financial institutions, pharmaceutical companies, business services and IT leaders, logistics service providers or even laboratories. We are pleased that the interest is not waning, as evidenced by the above-mentioned leases and expansions, as well as ongoing negotiations with existing clients interested in extending their leases in our complexes,” says Peter Chatfield, Commercial Manager of Vastint Poland.

Business Gardens are business parks that operate in three cities: Warsaw, Wrocław, and Poznań. The elegant and user-friendly space of the office buildings is distinguished by illuminated interiors and natural finishes. The floors allow for optimal space arrangement according to tenants’ needs. The complexes offer infrastructure for cyclists, as well as a number of amenities for employees, including canteens, fitness clubs, medical or banking facilities. The complexes are complemented by gardens with sports infrastructure. All three Business Garden business parks are LEED Platinum certified.
