Vastint Poland has entered into a definitive agreement for the sale of the first stage of Business Garden Poznan. The Singaporean fund Cromwell European REIT became the new owner of the property.

Timpuri Noi Square, Vastint Romania’s first project, reaches an occupancy rate of 90% within the 3 buildings situated in Bucharest, leasing more than 47.000 sqm, and welcomes since last year tenants like Bolt (formerly Taxify), Allergan, Exiger and Streamwide, developing a community of more than 3,000 employees.

Colliers International Romania has been assigned to provide property management services for Business Garden Bucharest, the newest office complex developed by Vastint Romania, in the Orhideea area in Bucharest. As a result, Colliers reaches a managed portfolio of over 400,000 sqm and strengthens its property management activity for offices in the Capital’s Center-West area.

Cromwell European REIT has announced that it is to acquire six office properties in France and Poland. CEREIT is to pay €246.9 million for all six properties.

Vastint Romania was awarded LEED Platinum certification for the first two office buildings of Timpuri Noi Square. The 32,000 sqm office space in the two buildings will soon be completely leased.

Vastint Poland has appointed Hochtief Polska as the general contractor of the second phase of Business Garden Wroclaw. Under the contract, six office and service buildings with a total leasable area of approx. 79,000 sqm are to be built. Construction works will commence in July this year and will end in November 2019.

Vastint Poland was awarded LEED-Platinum for the first phase of Business Garden Wrocław. Once completed, the complex will comprise nine office and retail buildings with a total leasable area of 117,000 sqm.
