Global Vision and Globalworth Industrial are expanding their joint portfolio with Mureș City Logistics, an industrial and logistics last mile project with a total leasable area of 18,000 sqm. The new investment is slated for delivery in Q1 2023.

Together with Globalworth, Global Vision has €500 million of secured investment capital and is counting on a growing demand for industrial space in the coming years.

Romanian furniture retailer Mobexpert and industrial developer Global Vision have teamed up for a digital project that provides office design solutions for small and medium-sized companies.

Romanian developer Global Vision will invest €70 million in Bucharest Airport Park near Otopeni Airport. The first development phase of the new logistics project will kick off this year and the first warehouse could have a leasable area up to 10,000 sqm, depending on demand, said Sorin Preda, Global Vision’s CEO, according to zf.ro.
