Romanian developer Global Vision will invest €70 million in Bucharest Airport Park near Otopeni Airport. The first development phase of the new logistics project will kick off this year and the first warehouse could have a leasable area up to 10,000 sqm, depending on demand, said Sorin Preda, Global Vision’s CEO, according to zf.ro.

The company aims to attract small and medium-sized firms in the new project and might add a cargo terminal in the long term.

Global Vision has a development pipeline of 100,000 sqm in 2022 in various projects located in Bucharest, Constanța and Timișoara. The company has developed 1.6 million sqm in Romania to date.

He previously served as Head of Fit Out at Futureal Group, where he managed project execution, technical delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. His professional background also includes site management and commercial leadership roles.
  • NEPI Rockcastle has nominated Zelda Roscherr as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Roscherr will stand for election at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in May 2026. André van der Veer, currently an Independent Non-Executive Director, will retire at the conclusion of the AGM and will not seek re-election.
  • Panattoni has promoted Nick Cripps to the position of Head of International Capital Markets for Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and India. Based in London, Cripps is tasked with leading the firm’s global capital markets strategy across 18 diverse markets. He joined Panattoni five years ago as Head of UK Capital Markets.
