Bratislava's socialist hotel will be transformed into a multifunctional building with office space and apartments. Its redevelopment is now planned by the developer Imoba fin, writes the Slovak daily Hospodárské noviny. However, further details regarding the price and timetable have not yet been revealed.

The number of foreign investors that will appear in Slovakia depends on several key factors like the stability of the country, the availability and price of labour, and the cost of utilities and only then by the real estate market’s specifications, said Martin Varačka, Partner at Space Brokers SK in an interview to the Property Forum.

Bratislava-based investor-developer Synapsis Property Ventures is preparing a set of 37 family houses, with the aim of creating community family housing, near the Slovak capital’s Knižkova dolina area. Each house will have approximately 140 sqm of net usable area. The estimated investment of the project is €20 million.

Penta Real Estate announced the finalisation of their newest land acquisition in the centre of Bratislava. The company bought a 3-ha (30,000 sqm) plot of land that is bordered by Mlynské nivy, Chalupkova and Košická streets. The seller is HB Reavis. Both parties have agreed that the amount of the transaction will not be disclosed. 

IAD Investments' Prvý realitný fond has acquired the Pribinova 19 office building, which is part of the Eurovea City waterfront district in Bratislava. It is a technologically advanced administrative and commercial building with a green park with a fountain, benches, playgrounds, and a zone for dog walkers. The price of the transaction was not published.
