Industrial/logistics developer CTP has announced the 30,000 sqm expansion of CTPark Košice in Slovakia following two pre-lets.

In Bratislava´s Ružinov district, between Gagarinova, Mierová and Brodná streets, the construction of the Polyfunkčný objekt Mierová is planned, reports YIMBA.sk. This mixed-use project is being prepared by the developer RETEP, which has received a binding opinion from the city.

VGP has announced the establishment of a new 50:50 Joint Venture named “Saga” with Areim, an independent fund manager and property owner headquartered in Stockholm.
