ZDR Investments has completed an acquisition in Logatec, Slovenia, marking the ZDR Industrial fund's entry into a new market and pushing its portfolio value beyond €40 million. The newly completed LOGspot Logatec logistics park meets modern sustainability standards and sits 25 kilometres from Ljubljana and 75 kilometres from the port city of Koper, with direct highway access.

Croatia’s hotel sector continued to expand in the first half of 2025, supported by rising tourist arrivals and ongoing investment in hospitality infrastructure, according to CBRE’s latest market report.

CBRE has reported almost €1 billion in hotel transactions across Central and South-Eastern Europe over the past year, alongside around 20 operator search and selection processes, according to its Hotels CEE team. Notable transactions included the sale of Hilton Prague, one of the largest single-asset hotel deals recorded in the region.

SES Spar European Shopping Centers has started construction of S-Park Varaždin in northwest Croatia. The project, launched on August 18, 2025, will redevelop the historic site of the former Varteks textile factory into a modern retail park scheduled to open in 2027.

Martley Capital has sold two warehouse assets in Croatia from its Central European Value Add Fund (CEREF). The properties, Logistics Centre Vetel and Koledovcina 2, provide a total of 21,160 sqm GLA and are fully let to local and national tenants. The Vetel asset has a WALT to break of 3.3 years, while Koledovcina 2 has a WALT to break of 1.8 years. Both are located on the outskirts of Zagreb with good access to the city’s transport network.
