Novotel has opened its first hotel in Croatia, marking the Accor brand's debut in the country. Located at the eastern gateway of Zagreb, the 163-room Novotel Zagreb sits 20 minutes from Franjo Tuđman Airport and 15 minutes from the city centre.
The hotel features natural materials and calming tones in its interior design. Facilities include a wellness area with gym and sauna, private garden and terrace with city views, and a lounge bar serving healthy, globally inspired dishes including vegetarian and gluten-free options.
Jean Wendling, Vice President Operations at Accor Eastern Europe, said: "The launch of Novotel in Croatia marks an important milestone for Accor in Europe and reaffirms our ambition to elevate the hospitality offering in Croatia." The hotel was developed with partner Rox.
For business travellers, the property offers six flexible meeting areas accommodating up to 550 participants, along with flexible workspaces throughout the hotel.
