Cushman & Wakefield has signed an exclusive affiliate agreement with CBS International to deliver commercial property services in Austria. The affiliate agreement builds upon an existing successful relationship between the two firms, with CBS International having been Cushman & Wakefield’s affiliate in Serbia and Montenegro since 2018 and Croatia since 2019.

On behalf of Generali Adriatic Value Fund, SIF, Peakside Capital and Generali Investments Slovenia have sold the Austria Trend hotel located in the capital of Slovenia. The buyer is Serbian company Agromarket d.o.o., Kragujevac.

Lion’s Head, a joint venture company between AG Capital and Old Mutual Property, signed a contract for acquiring BPD – a logistics and industrial properties investment company. This is the biggest deal in the sector for the last years with an investment of €71.4 million.

S Immo has signed a contract to sell Zagrebtower to the OTP Group. The office building comprises a total net area of almost 26,000 sqm and has a BREEAM International In-Use Excellent certificate. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2024, subject to the necessary regulatory approvals.

CBRE South Eastern Europe (SEE) has advised Diófa Fund Management on acquiring Indotek’s Belgrade office portfolio. 

CPI Property Group has appointed CBRE as manager of its Stop Shop retail park portfolio in Serbia, which comprises 14 retail parks in 14 cities and more than 120,000 sqm of leasable area. CBRE will provide integrated asset management solutions, including financial and property accounting services, leasing services, and will oversee all operational aspects of the property and tenants.

CTP has leased 10,000 sqm of warehouse space and 1,400 sqm of offices at CTPark Belgrade City to Wagen International (Wint), an automotive parts supplier, for a new high-tech distribution centre.
