Develia sold 1,752 flats under development and preliminary agreements in the first half of 2026, up 3% from 1,699 a year earlier. The figure includes 13 units in joint venture projects. The company handed over 2,572 flats, 116% more than the 1,193 delivered in the same period last year.
At the end of June, Develia also had 125 reservation agreements in place, compared with 72 a year earlier, a large part of which will be converted into development agreements in the near future.
"The second quarter confirmed the stabilisation of the housing market, visible both in our sales results and in preliminary data from the largest cities. We sold slightly more flats than in the first quarter, 19% more than a year earlier. The result gives us grounds to maintain our annual sales target," says Andrzej Ośliżło, CEO of Develia. "The second quarter was another strong period in terms of handovers, so we also expect good financial results for the first half of the year," he adds.
In the second quarter of 2026, the company sold 892 units, compared with 748 in the same period last year. The most flats were sold in the Bemowo Vita and Aleje Praskie projects in Warsaw, Centralna Vita in Kraków and Przy Parku Vita in Wrocław. Develia handed over 1,367 units, compared with 670 in the second quarter of 2025, with the most in Oliwska Vita and Bemowo Vita in Warsaw, Legnicka Vita in Wrocław, Słoneczne Miasteczko and Centralna Vita in Kraków, and Przemyska Vita in Gdańsk.
