In the first half of 2021, Echo Investment sold 907 apartments in Poland, improving its sales by almost 40 pct on the same period last year.

Since the beginning of this year, the developer has handed over the keys to nearly 400 apartments to its clients. In total, in the first half of the year, the Echo-Archicom group sold 1,745 apartments, which brings it closer to achieving its sales target of over 3,000 apartments in 2021.

"Taking over a controlling stake in Archicom has already allowed us to accelerate our growth and over the long term provides us with a base for further, stable development. The land bank of the Echo-Archicom group gives us the potential to supply over 15,000 apartments for sale over the coming years, which doesn’t compare to anyone else on the market. Of these, 4,000 we are already starting this year. This is another step that brings us closer to achieving our strategic goal of becoming a nationwide leader in the sector. Additionally, taking into account that the market is very strong and pricing continues to increase, we feel positive about our Group's revenue growth from the residential sector"", says Nicklas Lindberg, CEO of Echo Investment.
